Email [email protected]. Say which iPhone or iPad and iOS version you use, and what happened. Please never send a backup passphrase.
Restoring Pro on a new phone
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Zakati Pro in the app and tap Restore purchases.
Cancelling the yearly plan
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Zakati Pro. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
Apple handles purchases and refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Moving to a new phone
With iCloud on for Zakati, your record appears on the new phone once you sign in with the same Apple Account. Without iCloud, save a backup in More, move the file, and restore it on the new phone with its passphrase.
A forgotten backup passphrase
It cannot be recovered. The backup is encrypted so that only that passphrase opens it.
Prices not loading
Gold, silver and exchange prices come from free public feeds and need an internet connection. If they don’t load, try again later, or use your own prices in Calculate.
